Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING:

Delivery is Free to UK and Northern Ireland no matter how many items you buy, and sent by Royal Mail. Items normally arrive within 2-5 days from date of posting but delays do occur and can take around 10 working days. If your order has not been received 10 working days after being sent (for UK customers) please get in touch.

Standard UK Post - FREE

International Orders are sent using Signed For Services. Delivery under normal circumstances is usually 5-7 working days but currently is taking up to a month for some countries.

Please Note: International orders, including Europe and Republic Of Ireland may require Import Charges, such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees and these are the customers responsibility. If charges apply you will need to pay these charges to have your order released from customs, you should receive a card from the relevent department to make payment prior to delivery. Please check what your countries limits are before ordering if you are unsure. 

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 days except during busy periods when there may be a small delay.
Standard delivery times do vary according to Royal Mail and any delays are unfortunately out of our control, please check the Royal Mail service update page for any ongoing delays in your area. 

 

RETURNS:

Should you want to return your item you must do so within 14 days of receipt. Packaging must be unopened and item unworn.

For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns of body jewellery that has been worn unless it is faulty.

We do not refund postage unless the item has a manufacturing fault. We advise returning your item by recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for lost post.

 

DAMAGED / FAULTY ITEMS:

Faulty items are rare and all items are checked before dispatch. In the unusual event of a manufacturing defect or damage in transit please let us know. You must inform us of any fault or damage within 14 days of purchase and the item must be returned to us in it's original bag within 30 days of purchase. Please provide photographic evidence of the fault and any damage to the outer packaging.

All items returned as faulty will be fully inspected. No refunds will be given for items that have been tampered with or misused.

You are advised to return the item by recorded delivery. Once the item has been checked a full refund or replacement will be given and you will be reimbursed for the return postage.

 

EXCHANGE:

If you purchase an item by mistake or buy the wrong size, just return the item as per the returns policy and we will happily exchange the item for you. We will then advise you as to whether any extra payment is required or if you are due a refund. Postal charges still apply.
